What I expect from the buyer: -You should pay your invoice within a week of receiving it. If you do not, I will relist the item and give someone else a chance to buy it. Need more time? Contact me BEFORE bidding or buying, and I can let you know if I am willing to wait for your date of payment. I have held items for people in the past :) The sooner you pay, the sooner I can ship your item. What you can expect from me: -I will try my best to ship your item within a week of receiving payment. During particularly busy times of the year, such as the holidays Thanksgiving and Christmas, it could take up to two weeks. Most of the time I ship much sooner, but please be willing to wait two weeks if you purchase from me as this is just a side hobby for me. -A tracking number will be added to your paypal invoice once I have created a label. -I never smoke. So, your items will be smoke free! -I do have cats. I will try to keep your items as cat-free as possible, but I can not promise items will be cat hair free. Please keep this in mind. -I am willing to discuss payment plans for more expensive items. However, we must agree on a plan before you purchase the item. Your item will not be shipped until the last payment is made. -Feel free to message me with any questions! I will try to respond as soon as I can, but sometimes it might be a couple days depending on what is going on. Packaging for Shipping: -Most items are shipped in bubble mailers to keep shipping costs as low as possible. -I can ship in a medium flat rate box for $15 shipping if you would prefer you item to be in a box. Message me at the time of purchasing your item if this is your preference so I can invoice the correct amount. International Shipping: -I can always ship to Canada for an additional $15 added onto shipping costs. -Prospective buyers from other countries will need to inquire about specific shipping costs to their country. International shipping is very expensive, so this will be at least $20 extra and can be up to $60 depending on the country. Refund & Return Policy: I can not guarantee that I will accept returns or provide refunds in any circumstance. You accept that risk.
