It doesn't appear like the boleros have a sizing tag, so I'm going to guess that it was a free size when it was sold. Flat across the bust (underarm to underarm), I'm getting 18 inches flat, so about 36-inch bust.
But the woven fabric is actually quite elastic, so it can definitely go up to even 42 inch bust.
