it is marked as "F" size which is the Japanese one size, generally a US small to medium
there are stains, I have circled them in the photos and general discoloration on the collar. I have discounted the price for this reason.

I did a flat measurement from armpit to armpit and it's 19.5 inches. Since it is a ribbon tie and not button up there is more give to the bust. Hope that helps!
