I bought this new and wore it once. It has a high neck collar and is fully shirred. The link says the bust goes up 90cm but my bust is about 105cm and it fit with tons of room to spare. I'd say this could easily go up to 110 or 115. Even the sleeves are shirred. Great blouse!
