Do you think someone with a 98cm bust could fit into this? Or is the measurement true to size?

The blouse is sold, however, for your future reference- I own a few of these blouses, and my bust is around 98cm, if not bigger, and I can fit into them wearing a sports bra. There may be a bit of gaping, but looks fine under a jsk. I don’t find it unreasonably uncomfortable or anything. :)
