Pretty sure this is Bodyline's back button chiffon frill blouse. Constructed with a mid weight broadcloth type fabric. No stretch and buttons in the back, having someone help button up is a bonus for sure. Size M

I love the look of this and I've worn a time or two but it doesn't fit me now.
