My flat measurements of the blouse are the following: From armpit to arm pit- 37 cm
From top of collar to bottom of lace-61 cm
It has tons of shirring so I'm sure it has tons of wiggle room, Im happy to remeasure, let me know.

How much would domestic US shipping be? Could the blouse fit someone who usually wears a size s/m?

and if I had to guess I'd say it was a Medium bodyline blouse. I wear a M and it fits me just fine.
