Lightly used black ruffle pannier skirt, purchased at a Bodyline Retailer in Osaka, Japan in 2013.

Beautiful and still in great condition. I wore this skirt a couple of times, mostly like a short petticoat for my Bodyline dress (in another listing) as it gave my dress a nice lift.
However, the skirt can be worn on its own for a punk or goth style. When worn at the hip, the skirt falls mid-thigh. If you like to wear your skirts higher on your waist, the skirt will look shorter.

Seems to be a cotton blend with lace frills. It is lined and quite comfortable to wear.
There is no real damage, rips or tears. As a modification, I did remove the inner straps  that enabled the skirt to hang on a regular hanger.

The skirt was purchased in Osaka, Japan and is a size medium (M) with a strong ruched waist. (2L was not available in-store)
The sizing is surprisingly forgiving, as I can still fit into it as someone who wears a US Large (think Forever21, H&M, and similar stores).
