Measurements: I measure the items I sell by hand, with the garment lying flat on a table. Due to the fact that this measuring technique can’t account for the differences in individual body types and elastic/fabric sensitivities, I can never guarantee that a garment will comfortably fit, even if the buyer’s body measurements are a good match for the stated garment measurements. Because of these limitations, as well as the possibility of some degree of human error, in the measuring process, buyers must agree to accept that a dis-satisfactory garment fit will not be considered valid grounds for opening an “item not as described” case with PayPal. However, it is a valid reason for requesting to return an item (see the Returns section below). Returns: Buyers may return an item they're unhappy with, as long as the item has not been altered from the condition it was in when it sold. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, and will be refunded for the item price only, not including the original cost of shipping.
