Shipping Address: Please make sure your PayPal address is correct before you pay the invoice. If you want me to ship to a relative, friend, etc., please add that address to your PayPal account and mark it as your preferred address before paying the invoice. I am not responsible, nor will I reimburse buyers for, items that are delivered to the wrong address due to the buyer providing an incorrect PayPal address. Payment Time: Buyers must pay for their purchases no more than 7 days after the date of purchase. If you are unable to pay within 7 days, you must send me a PM before or shortly after purchase to request a hold (see below for details). Holds: any purchased item may be held for up to 6 weeks, as long as the buyer can specify a date that they will be able to make the payment. Failure to pay on the specified date will result in negative feedback being left. Payment Plans: Items with a price of $100 or more may be paid for via a payment plan lasting up to 6 weeks (8 weeks for an item/bundle with a price of more than $400). The buyer may set the terms of the plan unless they have a poor feedback record. Shipping: The price of shipping lightweight items (16 oz or less) is a flat rate fee that's provided in the listing description. The price of shipping heavier items is a flat rate fee to countries outside the U.S., with a cost that varies from country to country. If you have questions about the cost of shipping to a certain country, please message me before bidding or buying. Within the U.S., the cost of shipping a package weighing over 1 pound will depend on your location, and the weight class of the package. The weight class of the item in the listing, if shipped by itself, is provided at the bottom of the listing description. If you wish to combine shipping for multiple items, please request a shipping estimate via PM. The price of shipping for each class is as follows: U.S. Class 1 (1 lb 1 oz – 2 lbs): $8.00 to Group 1, $8.49 to Group 2, $8.82 to Group 3, $12.42 to Group 4, $13.46 to Group 5 U.S. Class 2 (2 lbs 1 oz – 3 lbs): $8.12 to Group 1, $8.59 to Group 2, $9.54 to Group 3, $13.75 to Groups 4 and 5 U.S. Class 3 (3 lbs 1 oz – 4 lbs): $8.50 to Group 1, $9.07 to Group 2, $10.33 to Group 3, $13.75 to Groups 4 and 5 Group 1 = VT, NH, MA, CT, ME Group 2 = NY, PA, NJ, DE, MD, RI, OH, MI, KY Group 3 = MN, WI, IA, IL, IN, WV, VA, TN, NC, SC, AR, AL, GA Group 4 = MT, WY, ND, SD, NE, MO, KS, LA, MS, FL, CO, OK, TX Group 5 = ID, NV, UT, NM, AZ, WA, OR, CA, AK, HI, Puerto Rico and other U.S. Territories These prices reflect the cheapest available shipping option without extra insurance, delivery confirmation, or other special services. (Tracking will be included.) If you wish to add any special services to your package, please request a shipping estimate via PM. Measurements: I measure the items I sell by hand, with the garment lying flat on a table. Due to the fact that this measuring technique can’t account for the differences in individual body types and elastic/fabric sensitivities, I can never guarantee that a garment will comfortably fit, even if the buyer’s body measurements are a good match for the stated garment measurements. Because of these limitations, as well as the possibility of some degree of human error, in the measuring process, buyers must agree to accept that a dis-satisfactory garment fit will not be considered valid grounds for opening an “item not as described” case with PayPal. However, it is a valid reason for requesting to return an item (see the Returns section below). Returns: Buyers may return an item they're unhappy with, as long as the item has not been altered from the condition it was in when it sold. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, and will be refunded for the item price only, not including the original cost of shipping. Feedback: I will leave feedback for buyers the week following the completion of the transaction. Buyers are asked to please request a resolution of any problems they encounter with a transaction before leaving me neutral or negative feedback.

Sorry if these questions sound silly, but I would like to know... 1) How warm is this jacket? NC winters fluctuate wildly between 60 and under 10 F and I've been looking for a jacket that will keep me warm in the early morning... 2) How does this fit on taller girls? I've been having issues finding lolita clothes where the waist is at my natural waist, the waistline will usually end up 2 - 3 inches above my waist. Thank you!

This coat is on the lighter side for a winter coat, so I would recommend it for temperatures of 35º to 5º F. Regarding the waist issue, how tall are you exactly? I have a few mannequins I can put the coat on to see where the waistline falls, and then take worn photos to show you, but I'd like to know your height so I can determine which one would be closest to your size.

Thank you for the quick response! I am between 5'7" and 5'8", so I'm not terribly tall, but it seems I'm just tall enough that the few dresses I've bought so far tend to hit my knee properly but then the waistline is not where it should be. Thank you so much for all your help!

It could be that the problem isn't height so much as having a long torso. Most Lolita garments are cut for a short- to medium-length torso, with the exception of low-waist dresses. If that's the case, I'm not sure how much help it will be to see the coat modeled by a mannequin. But I decided to include a modeled photo in the listing anyway, just in case you find it useful (the mannequin in the photo is 5'9").
