Practically brand new without tags! Has absolutely no flaws. Only worn for a couple of hours max. I am selling this skirt only because it doesn't really suit me, and I am saving up for my new dream dress! It has a half-elastic waistband so it's super comfy and accommodating, and the waist bow is detachable. This skirt is extremely cute, just not really my style. I hope it can go to a new owner who will love it a lot~ I am afraid I cannot ship outside of the United States.
