Shipping quote to Texas, USA 75165? Also, on a personal note, do you think the shirring would look silly if stretched to the max? I'm at the max bust size, not sure if I should wait until a Large presents itself. Thank you for your answers!

Hi pixeleight, To ship from Melbourne to Texas, it would cost $14.10 AUD (or $10.80 USD with the current exchange rate) using Australia Post Air Mail. The shirring on the dress is quite forgiving, it should be fine even if you're at the max bust size. Even if it is stretched to the max, the dress shouldn't look too bad in my opinion.
