I am having some trouble finding the provenance of this piece but I dug up some livejournal postings from 2008-2009 making mention of it! So I presume that was the approximate era. This skirt is in excellent condition for a piece that's almost old enough to drive a car. Golden age of Bodyline: solid material, excellent construction, fully lined, fully shirred waistband. The large back bow is NOT removable.

Skirt Measurements (taken from previous listings):
Length - 51cm
Waist - 72-98cm

This will be shipped in a USPS padded envelope to keep costs down. Item will arrived wrinkled from storage and shipping, as seen in proof images.
