Volumious cupcake-style petticoat from Bodyline

Worn once, selling because the waist measurements are too small for me!

Waist: 64-70cm
Length: 42cm

Material is a poly-cotton tulle, it seems to hold its shape pretty nicely but may need shaking out before wearing for maximum effect.
