Hi there! The fabric is thick, yes! It is NOT see through at all but it does NOT have an inner lining. Yes, the bows are all sewn on but if you want to take them off, I'm sure you can snip the threads behind the bows without any difficulty. (It's only sewn on at right behind the middle of the bow (not the entire bow), so it's not hard to cut the thread if you want to take off the bows.
