NWT, tried on several times. 
Color is dark grey (the product photo is accurate for the dress. But for the sleeves and chest area, my photos are more accurate as they are beige, not white)

Amateur flat measurements:

Total length 41”

Shoulders 13”

Armpit to armpit 15.5”

Waist 13”

 

Missing: the waist ties with the red flowers you see in the product photo (I never received them)

Flaws: the top neck button is loose

Warning: there is a side zipper but it is pretty meaningless – from my experience, it is a big pain and a struggle to get in and out of the op. You basically have to slide it over your head to wear it, and pull it over your head to take it off. It may not be for you but it was a huge pain for me.
