The round collar is made of gorgeous navy laces. Beautiful prints of pink/yellow ribbon bows and colorful tassel dolls

Elastic waist line, elastic cuff line. Free of size.

Comes with a velvet waist tie (this velvet waist tie has unique metal end, please chek photos) and a navy underskirt.

All tags and sample cloth are still attached.
