Hello! This blouse is BNWT. Comes with a detached collar (that I have seen turned into a half bonnet). Very lovely fit on the right size Loli. Flattering neckline. No shirring. Mis-sized as Lady 90 (US 16), but better for US 10 (70~76cm waist should be max). Max bust ~98cm. Last photo shows color comparison to APs Classic Fairytale OTKs in wine red. AP wine red is deeper.
