Brand new bought from Japan, have tried on only once. There’s a small scratch on the ribbon in the front by the collar that’s a manufacturing defect. The bust is actually very allowing, the size is definitely bigger than the measurement originally posted by BtSSB, I’d say it’d fit up to around 98cm wise (I’m not around this size of a chest so please correct me if anyone has this piece and fits differently) I’m letting it go because it is way too big on me. The sleeves are detachable so is the heart brooch at the front.

I’m also open to trade this piece with BtSSB’s Hawase Doll black & white op set or Sax op set if anyone’s interested!
