Purchased at the Baby SF store last summer. It's a gorgeous dress that I love very much, but it's slightly too small for my bust. I had planned on losing weight to fit it, but alas that hasn't worked out and I need the money. :(

The safest option is USPS Tracked Priority mail express would be $67 with the following features:
6 to 10 average business day delivery to major destinations.
Tracking to major destinations.
Shipments sent in Priority Mail International Medium Flat Rate Boxes provide, at no charge, up to $200 insurance for items containing merchandise.
There is also Registered First Class mail for $48.45:
A mailing receipt is issued by office of mailing.
Registered Mail service provides the sender with a mailing receipt, and upon request, when available, electronic verification that an article was delivered, or that an attempt at delivery was made.
Registered Mail service is handled separately from all other mail, and records are kept by registry number.
In destination countries, Registered Mail items are handled according to their own internal procedures.
This does not include insurance.
No estimate is given, but I would say maybe two weeks time?
The cheapest is First Class, for $34.50. This includes no protection, no tracking, and no insurance. I cannot be held liable for the item after it is shipped.
