The dress is absolutely new, I've only tried it on, selling for the price I've paid for it (even excluding SS cost!). It's got the original tag which accidentally got in the zip during the undressing (see photos). This jumperskirt features partial shirring, corset lacing, two layers of a VERY rich lace at the bottom (apart from the beautiful ruffles) and a pin brooch that can be used either as a bowtie, dress decoration or a part of a headdress. The measurements are:
Bust: 88~96 cm
Waist: 68~76 cm
