VERY old school IW velveteen jsk

i gotta move !!!!!

this is an ancient IW jsk but it's very lovely in its details. because of its age (2005) the velveteen is worn down but the color is still nice and a beautiful unique blue - hard to capture on my camera. i bought this secondhand ages ago and there is a small stain i haven't been able to take out, but it's not noticeable as its behind a ruffle

bust 32" - adjustable with corset lace an inch or too

waist - this is high waisted
