Hello, the waist is elastic (min 58cm max 104cm). If you are fine with me sending it in a letter package (very flat so it would probably arrive at least a bit wrinkled), it would be 8€ uninsured and 13€ insured. Otherwise, in a "real" package, it's 10€ uninsured and also 13€ insured (I already have boxes at home so I wouldn't need to buy one). However, if you sometimes go to Dutch events I could maybe meet you there and hand it to you. :)

Thank you for your response! I haven't gone to Dutch events yet, but I do plan on doing so in the future. I don't have a car though, so I would probably only go to those relatively close to the border. Would that work for you or do you live too far away from the border to get to those events that are held there?

Hello, sorry for the late reply, I've been very busy! From the 20th of March I get reduction on train transportation and will thus easily be able to get close to the border. :) (At the moment I mostly go to what is close to Utrecht)
