Blue Chiffon Blouse size M

This top is a chiffon blouse that is a crayola crayon blue shade and would consider it a medium almost large size (36"+ an inch or two). The previous owner wore it both with skirts and JSKs. The previous owner's bust measurement was 36" and it fit fine on her with a t-shirt underneath since the fabric is see-through. There is elastic in the sleeves which is tight to give it the bell sleeve look. Due to this being a bubble style shirt the waist isn't form fitting which you don't notice under a JSK and a skirt waist can add definition.
