Delightful new with tags blouse, the spare button is still attached as well. My flat measurements are about 18 in/ 46cm across and about 20 in/ 51 cm long. So the bust is about 36 inch/ 91.5 cm and I would say the waist is about that as well since the blouse is not curved and is straight up and down. The arms are about 30 cm in diameter.
