scalloped peter pan collar and stretchy sleeve openings

I ordered this blouse as a custom design from GlitterTale. It included combinations of blouses I liked already in existence. Unfortunately, it ended up being much too large for me. The craftmanship is great however, so I really want someone to have this!

Here are the measurements I took while the blouse was laying flat. If you need a re-measure on any area in particular, let me know and I can triple check!!!
The blouse is quite loose fitting :) meant to be comfortable ♥

Sleeve length from seam to very end of sleeve ruffle: ~25" (end of sleeve is stretchy)
neck opening: 11" flat, 22" circumference
bust: ~19" flat, 38" circumference (no stretch)
length from front of neck to bottom of ruffle: ~25"
shoulder seam circumference: 10" flat, ~20" circumference
