I ordered this blouse as a custom design from GlitterTale. It included combinations of blouses I liked already in existence. Unfortunately, it ended up being much too large for me. The craftmanship is great however, so I really want someone to have this! NOTE: The buttons do function, however it doesn't unbutton at the neck area for some reason (see pic) The neck opening is quite large and ruffled, so that may be why they didn't have the buttons functional there. 

Here are the measurements I took while the blouse was laying flat. If you need a re-measure on any area in particular, let me know and I can triple check!!!
The blouse is quite loose fitting :) meant to be comfortable ♥

Sleeve length: ~15"
neck opening: ~15" flat, 30" around
bust: (no stretch) 17" flat, ~34" around
total length: ~24"
