The cheapest option is international first class and this is tracking only, no insurance. I will not be able to issue a refund if you do not choose insurance so please accept that you do this at your own risk. * I ship on Saturdays due to my work schedule. * I am not responsible for a package once it leaves my hands. * Paypal only. Please pay any payment request via goods and services. * For my protection I do NOT ship to an unverified or third-party address, only the address listed on your Paypal account. They are not allowed near my lolita but the nature of pet ownership being what it is, stray fur is a reality. I always lint roll and clean everything before I ship, but if you are severely allergic to cat fur or dander you may want to keep this in mind.
