Offbrand tulle petticoat with an elastic waist, should fit around 25-32 inch waist well. 16 inches long. It also has a velcro closure at the waistband. A few wrinkles in the tulle, as well as minor pilling at the velcro, but it provides good volume under skirts and dresses.
