Ott rococo realness

Selling this new without tag blouse by Chinese brand Yilia due to sizing issues and incompatibility with my wardrobe. Only worn once, washed, and haven't been worn since. :( 
My loss is your gain!  

Material is polyester/chiffon. Sleeves are elasticized, but may feel scratchy and not generous for those with bigger arms.

Size large, but best fits a bust size of ~ 92cm, waist size of ~76 cm, and biceps of 28 cm flexed

Shoulders: 38 cm
Length: 52 cm
Sleeve length: 58 cm
