New with tags, only worn once to try it on and it didn't fit. The bust should have fit me (I'm 125 cm), but the waist hit me in the middle of my breasts and was really uncomfortable no matter what bra I wore, so be aware of that if you are well endowed like me. Also important to note is that the arm girth measurement has no wiggle room since the fabric doesn't stretch. It also comes with these cuffs that are meant to go around the elbows, but they're pretty small, so they'd probably work better as wrist cuffs.
