Length, from bottom of waistband: 20″ Waist, flat: 16″ The waist is fully elastic. My waist is 40″ and it is comfortable. I feel this could comfortably fit up to a 50″ waist. Minimum I would recommend is a 34″ waist. This is black print with lace and rhinestones and a large bottom ruffle. No serging. Relisted because of buyer back-out.
