I could not find the loli library for this item. I received in this years Angelic Pretty lucky pack. If anyone does know, let me know. I only took it out of packaging to take a photo, and then wrapped it back up, so it is brand new and never worn. It is a black, thick pair of tights with a polka dot pattern, and pink ribbon designs on the front. Looks very warm, and seems very stretchy. Unsure the exact size due to no loli library, but it appears to be on par with normal AP sock/tights measurements.
