Lace Garden two tier pintucked skirt with frills.

This skirt has so much fabric and room for a HUGE silhouette! It's a bit long and big on me so it's gotten very little use. I added two buttons on the waistline since it's too big for me. The waist has shirring on the sides as well for stretch. Material is 100% cotton.
