I bought the shirt from a seller who sold it still new without tag, and I never wore it either, so it's basically like new.

flat bust measurement: around 45 cm, but there is room for more

the bell sleeves/the wider part is 15 cm long, before that they're basically like normal sleeves, though the width can be slightly adjusted with the strings - but it's meant to be more decorative.

It's a size M/medium - for comparison, I'm typically a size S-XS and it's too big for me (that's why I'm selling it). The shirring on the sides can also help fit a wider waist if needed.

material: 100% cotton

The tag says not to wash the shirt yourself, but hand-washing should be alright, especially if you're careful about it or perhaps even remove the strings before, though I don't see it as necessary.
