I never wear this skirt, and that seems like a crime with how detailed it is, so it's my turn to pass it on to you! the skirt's color is a true black, it looks lighter in the photos so that you can get a feel for what the embroidery looks like. waist: 66 cm ~ 86 cm the waist can stretch to roughly 90-94 cm but I wouldn't recommend it as I imagine it'd be uncomfortable to wear.
