BPN carriage skirt. Tried on once. No flaws.
It's a nice thicker material, with velvet details in each of the carriages. Couldn't find the measurements on Lolibrary but it fits me well at a 72cm waist. I think if you find general BTSSB skirts comfortable, this should fit well. There's a bit of shirring on the back, but the shirring is not generous.
The fabric doesn't really have a worn feel but might catch lint (?) easily.
