Beautiful square neckline blouse from Black Peace Now. Button closure down the front, small amount of adjustment to make the fit smaller via the front side lacing. The lower portion of the neckline (above the buttons) is partial elastic which ties with a ribbon bow. No back shirring. Super cute with skirts!
