Hello! This is a black peace now under bust vest in NAVY. Selling because it appeared black in the proof photo I bought i from, but it definitely was not. Gorgeous velvet material with buttons on the front and a lace-up back which helps with adjustability. Side zip to aid with putting on/taking off. It would be perfect for punk/aristocrat outfits, or even for classic to switch things up a bit.
