Like new. Only worn a few times.
This hat is adorable but sadly I don't have the patience to baby it to stay on my head. I will admit the rose is a tad disheveled but it's really not too noticeable since it's all black. Aside from that it has no other flaws. If you have any questions please feel free to ask!
