A black taobao blouse, would fit a small or medium.

I ordered this blouse from taobao, but my boyfriend ended up throwing it in the wash and it shrunk up a bit. :c Now it's too small to fit me. The tag said large, but now it could fit a small or medium. It was only worn two or three times and is a bit wrinkled, but in great condition. It comes with the original waist ties and pin-on bows.

Measurements taken while the blouse is laying flat on the floor:

Shoulder width: 12 3/4"

Armhole circumference: 10 3/4"

Overall length (from shoulder): 21"

Bust: 16"

Waist: 14"
