I originally bought this on clobbaonline.com, but made the mistake of purchasing a XL dress(a simple size L dress would have been the better choice). So I am now selling it.
It is in excellent condition and has only been tried on once, but it does not come with the waist ties. It does however come with two replacement buttons(one black, one white).
