Flat Measurements: Bust:58 cm, Waist: 56 cm
So, roughly about 116 cm bust and 110 cm waist.

Fits big on my current Measurements:
Bust: 115 cm
Waist: 91 cm
Shoulders: 41 cm
Bicep: 31 cm

I made this JSK years ago when Hancock Fabrics was liquidating their chiffon. I wanted to make an over the top black princess style dress, but did not have enough for sleeves so I made a JSK. It is made from black satin, chiffon, and nylon lace. There is a zipper on the back and sewn in waist ties.

Noticed that there is a hole on the right waist tie. I must have cut close on one of the seams.

I think I wore this once for Halloween years ago, but not much since. I did not want to take it in at the time.
