Some damage with piling and some white thread coming through.

Really nice jumperskirt. Was pretty worn when I bought it. Has a decent amount of piling and there are some spots around the dress that white thread is coming through. (photos down below should show the damage, both in the piling and white threads.) The dress is really comfortable. And it has lots of shirring in the back. It can go a lot higher in waist (I would say up to a 86 cm, but it would be a little tight.) and in bust (I would say up to about 97 cm, but again a little tight.).

Also I have a cat there may be stray cat hairs.

It looks like through USPS First Class is $24.62 would be the cheapest.
