It's flawless and has beautiful wide sleeves, partial shirring and corset lacing in the back, it also comes with a detachable frilly bow

Flat measurements:
Bust: ~ 100cm
Waist: 94cm
Length (from collar front, from collar back): 52cm, 68cm
The measurements don't include the partial shirring!
