Very versatile cotton OP with two panels of shirring at the sides and non-detachable waist ties. Has a built-in tulle petticoat that gives it some floof even without a separate petticoat. Great for casual summer coords. The front bow has a weird bend/wrinkle in it that might be fixable with more persistent steaming. No other notable flaws that I can find. Probably originally released sometime around 2005-2008, going by the creamy yellow color of the tag. Shipping within the U.S. is included. Message me for cost of shipping outside of the U.S.
