Black Chiffon Offbrand Blouse
Greetings,
This is a chiffon black short sleeve blouse in USA size Large (37" chest or above, smaller chests won't help the shirt lay right). The top has two layers to when putting it on make sure you have your arms through the sleeves and under straps. The front and collar are decorated with ruffles with elastic on the sleeves and shirt bottom to add more to the look. The original owner wore this in full lolita as well as in casual lolita just for a styling idea.
