As you can see the skirt is exactly as pictured in stock. The material is so nice, not stiff, and very comfortable.

Brand new skirt, just received. It fits but the color is not my style. NO damage, stains, rips, or tears. I owned a white one just like this.

This skirt was purchased in a Large size with the following measurements:

Waist: 62-82cm (24 - 32 in)
Length: 65cm (25.6 in).

I believe that it could fit up to a 36 inch waist, as the shirring is very stretchy but strong.
Will start to fit snugly on a waistline that is 34 inch or larger.

A petticoat of sorts would be required to achieve the look in the photographs, but the skirt could by itself be used like an underskirt to a longer dress.
