I have a bust of 45" (~114.5cm). Much like with the previous seller, this would have fit me if it weren't for the arm holes.
Measurement from previous seller: "The waist stretches about 23" flat (46" total), but the collar and arm openings on the body of the blouse have no stretch."

hello, sorry I didn't see your comment earlier! I measured ~5 inches (~12.5cm) flat and 7.5in (18.5cm) stretched. I would stay within the stretched measurement just to be comfortable.
~It fit me at 13inches (~33cm) all around.
