The blouse measures (approximately) 38cm at the shoulders and has an 88cm bust, waist is the same but there are ties in the back to bring it in. The sleeves are also (approximately) 67cm (as my ruler isn't that long but my arms are 64cm and they're great for me!).
Shipping to California would most likely be in the 8$ range.
