Black Chiffon Blouse Size L

Long sleeve offbrand black chiffon blouse with nice chest ruffle details and a high collar. originally purchased by me from a Taobao reseller in 2013 and only lightly worn by me over the years. It has a corset back and silver coloured buttons. It has loops on the neck for a neck ribbon/tie but I no longer have that. There are also some loose threads present. I have also never been able to secure the cuffs closed-- the buttons match the buttons on the front and are too big for the sewn in loops (not button holes). So if you know how to sew or are able to get it altered, then you can add button holes to the cuffs or adjust the loops/buttons. Other than all of this, the blouse is very nice and in good condition. I'm only selling it as I never reach for it anymore.
